Merchandise, except for products that were specially ordered and/or assembled for the customer, may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product.
Before returning items, it is necessary to call and speak with your sales representative to obtain an RMA # for your return. Fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization Form and once you have received your RMA # and been instructed where to return the item you are responsible for shipping charges back to that address. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued and items must be received in that time frame. Please reference this number in a clear location on the outside of the package when returning product. The Customer shall be responsible for the return of any unused product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof or delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment.
You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging, in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Greenside requires at minimum 24 hours to inspect a returned item prior to issuing a refund or credit. If any component of the returned product is missing, the return procedure is breached and Greenside may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Custom built items, including but not limited to 4Star Power Centers and custom built solar panel mounting systems, are non-returnable. Built to order items, special order items, and breakers are non-returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Once a call tag is issued, Greenside requires all products to be returned to us within 30 days. Merchandise deemed not defective is subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be applied upon receipt of the return. In the event that there are errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, we reserve the right to restrict the return of those items.
Please note, stock returns are subject to our standard 25% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of receipt date. Initial shipping charges are not refundable with your return and we do not provide call tags or return labels for stock returns.
Any products returned to Greenside without prior authorization will receive a 30% restocking fee upon receipt.

Greenside makes every effort to credit your account within 10 business days from receipt date of your return. All credits are refunded in the same form of payment as on the original invoice, unless requested otherwise on your completed claim form.

What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Greenside within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Greenside between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.
Does Greenside offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.
